OVERVIEW
At Tribe57, every piece we create is made with intention. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:
- Item was purchased directly from tribe57.com
- Return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of use
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Custom or personalized orders
- Imitation / replica jerseys (due to the nature of the product)
- Gift cards
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at returns@tribe57.com within 14 days of delivery. If your requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the full item value.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email returns@tribe57.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Securely pack your item(s) and include your order number inside the package
- Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
Do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@tribe57.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- Your preferred resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit)
In these cases, Tribe57 will cover all return shipping costs and will prioritize your resolution.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit is issued as a Tribe57 gift code, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees. Tribe57 is not responsible for items lost or delayed in international transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns.
