OVERVIEW

We want your Tribe57 experience to be seamless from the moment you place your order. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase so you understand your options, your rights, and the timelines that apply.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Tribe57 accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

  • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Shop Pay Installments (Buy Now, Pay Later — available on qualifying orders)

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by their bank or card provider. Tribe57 is not responsible for any additional fees applied by your financial institution.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout. Tribe57 does not store your full payment details.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Please review this email carefully. If any details are incorrect — including your shipping address, size, or product selection — contact us immediately at support@tribe57.com.

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, store credit, or a full refund.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Please review the cancellation windows below carefully.

Within 2 Hours of Purchase You may cancel your order for any reason within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel, email support@tribe57.com immediately with your order number and the subject line: CANCEL ORDER. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After 2 Hours — Before Dispatch Cancellation requests submitted after 2 hours are not guaranteed but we will make every effort to accommodate them if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at support@tribe57.com. If we are unable to cancel before dispatch, your order will need to go through our standard return process once delivered.

After Dispatch Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, you may refuse delivery or return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy within 14 days of delivery.


PRE-ORDER & WAITLIST PURCHASES

Some Tribe57 products — including upcoming imitation jersey releases and limited drops — may be available for pre-order or waitlist purchase.

For pre-order items:

  • Your payment is collected at the time of purchase
  • Estimated dispatch dates will be communicated at checkout and via email
  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item ships for a full refund
  • Once a pre-order item ships, standard cancellation and return terms apply

Tribe57 will notify you by email if there are any delays to your pre-order estimated dispatch date.


SUBSCRIPTION & RECURRING ORDERS

At this time, Tribe57 does not offer subscription-based purchasing. All orders are one-time transactions. If this changes, a separate subscription policy will be published and clearly communicated at the point of purchase.


BUY NOW PAY LATER — SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS

Orders placed using Shop Pay Installments or any other Buy Now Pay Later service are subject to the terms and conditions of that third-party provider. Cancellation of an installment order follows the same Tribe57 cancellation windows above, however any fees, interest, or terms associated with the installment agreement are governed by the third-party provider and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a cancelled or refunded order was placed using an installment service, your refund will be applied back through that service in accordance with their refund process. Tribe57 is not responsible for any fees already paid to the installment provider prior to cancellation.


FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If your payment is declined at checkout, your order will not be placed and no charge will be applied. Please verify your payment details and try again, or use an alternative payment method. If you believe a charge was applied to a declined order, contact your bank or card provider directly as this may be a temporary authorization hold, not a completed charge.


PRICING & PROMOTIONS

All prices displayed on tribe57.com are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, discount codes, and sale events are valid only during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted at the time of the promotion.


TAXES & DUTIES

Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by applicable state law. The applicable tax rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and will not be covered or reimbursed by Tribe57.


CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes to size, color, or shipping address. If you need to amend your order, contact us immediately at support@tribe57.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.
